I've been making jewelry for over two years now and I've decided to start a blog dedicated to my jewelry-making adventures.
How it all started: I grew up in Moscow, Russia in a family where creativity was surrounding me from my first steps. My parents used to do all kinds of crafty stuff while i used to draw, make pottery, sing, play piano.. so art was always a part of my life.
My father's dream was to be a jeweler, he had all the books and even some of the tools, but he never had the time... I had no idea he had that dream until he passed away and I was going thru his books in his office with my mom. I enherited his books and that's how it all started.I learned etching and fell in love with the ability to transfer design so delicate on metal, I am working on incorporating more of this process in my work.
