I am sad :(

I am so sad. I ordered an oven and this is what I got

It was a special order and I’ve been waiting for this oven for a month :(

Now it will take me who knows how much time to get it replaced :(

Thank God that Amazon.com has excellent damage protection – no questions asked! Print a label and drop it at the UPS store! It si going back!

A perfect match

I am creating a matching pendant for one of my dear customers and I realized that these earrings were one of my first attempts to make jewelry.

It felt so strange to be cutting the same design as many (only 3) years ago. So many things changed.

Bead extravaganza!

Guess where I am going today?

I was saving my lunch money for several months :) (yes, i did lose some weight) to buy my favorite stones at this show! One vendor only comes once a year to my area, so I tried to make sure I have enough money to visit him and to get all the best stones! Now I just need to hope that I will have time till Cristmas to make all my jewelry! :)

I am ready to roll.

Oh, and of course I took a day off!!! NO WORK, YEAY!

The beauty of the Bolder Opal

Out of all stones Boulder Opal is the most magical and intriguing...

Can you believe it is just a rock?

I found some exquisite pieces of jewelry I thought I'd share with you.

Let me know what you think.

Here are couple of examples of the stone pattern

Laurie Macadam (website) gorgeous bracelets

Carolyn Tyler (website) does absolutely stunning work with her opals but this beauty is out of this world:

When I create my jewelry I love simple forms of metal. That's why my opal rings are simple and elegant, but with a little twist - stone positioned horizontally.
